Maxfield Parrish Stage Set

Please come to the 18th Annual Art Show and support the preservation of this beautiful masterpiece by Maxfield Parrish! The Maxfield Parrish Stage Set Committee and the Plainfield Historical Society are sponsoring the 18th Annual Art Show at the Plainfield Town Hall.This show is always a major activity during the fourth of July Parade and Celebration in Plainfield. A percentage of the art sale proceeds are donated toward the preservation of the Maxfield Parrish Stage Set. Experience Maxfield’s astounding work in person at the Plainfield Town Hall! There are only two days left to see the show!

The hours are:

Tuesday, July 3, 4-8 p.m.
Wednesday, July 4, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

WOW!!!! My mother used to draw, and among the artists she "schooled" me in, Maxfield Parrish was one of our favorites. I had no idea that painting was that large. It's absolutely beautiful.
