Maine Vacation

Our family went on a delightful Oceanside mini-vacation this past weekend. Here is a pictorial overview of the wonderful time we spent at Old Orchard and Wells Beach, Maine:

The views were fantastic, the weather was perfect, the ocean was practically warm and the beaches were not overpopulated. We experienced tons of seaside fun; we fed Seagulls dead fish from the ocean, looked at snails, played with crabs, there was body surfing, sand burials, sand sculptures, we walked for miles upon miles on scenic shore, ate fabulous junk food and enjoyed an incredible spectrum of hot sweaty beachy humanity. Best of all, Caden had an absolute blast despite being fairly exhausted from a very busy week with exciting fun filled days spent at MCC camp, and late evenings filled with T-ball, Meriden library events as well as a preliminary hockey practice for the Elite Hockey camp he begins on Monday. A vacation was just the ticket; a marvelous time was had by all. It will definitely be on the list of things for our family to do again in the near future.
